Who we are

The Good Hours ("we", "us") is a mobile-first app that helps parents and caregivers build structured day plans for young kids, save them, and — optionally — share them with a community. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

We do not collect payment card details. Subscriptions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, on the web.

How we use it

To provide the service: to generate and save your day plans, run the community features you opt into, manage your membership, and keep the app secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the app, under their own privacy terms:

Analytics & advertising measurement (website only)

On our website we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform — for example, whether someone who clicked an ad went on to create an account or subscribe. When you subscribe, we also send Meta a record of that purchase with your email address hashed (scrambled so it can't be read) for the same measurement purpose. We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move around the site.

Both run on thegoodhours.co only. Our iOS and Android apps include neither and do not track you.

Children's privacy

The Good Hours is intended for adults (parents and caregivers). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any ages you enter about your kids are used only as free-text input to generate a plan.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to access or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your saved plans and community content.
